THE WHOLE VILLA
Groups of 20 people maximum can rent the whole villa, including units 1,2 and 3 situated on the ground floor and the mezzanine floor. Furthermore they have at their disposal the first and second floor, subdivided as follows:
First floor "Piano Nobile":
The first and main floor, nowadays completely renovated and restored to its original splendour with the ceiling frescos dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, and rich in furniture of that time, is a luminous dwelling with view of the Apuan Alp slopes.
At one end there is a loggia, now transformed in a studio with view - in the distance - of the Leaning Tower of Pisa; at the other end a wonderful, big terrace with lovely view on the surrounding green hills.
From May to October breakfast and dinner can be served on the terrace, which is connected with the Tuscan styled kitchen, where our cook prepares regional specialties and offers cooking lessons. In the coldest days, meals are served in the dining room, all frescoed with paintings called "grottesco".
A living room with ceiling frescos, TV and stereo system encourage to rest. A big sleeping room with double bed, painted ceiling and a luxurious marble bath (shower) completes the inviting scenery. (2 beds)

Second floor "Modern Ethnic Style":
The second and last floor is made of a modern ethnic style apartment with two double rooms (one tester bed), one twin room, a living room and two bath rooms, one of which with tube and shower.
The furniture is modern "ethnic style", has wood floors and ceiling in typical Tuscan style, with chestnut beams and terracotta tiles in sight. The bathrooms have typical Italian ceramic tiles. (2 + 2 + 2 beds)
The whole Villa can sleep comfortably 19 persons + 2 children, who can share with another child the pull-down beds in unit 1 and 2. Possibility to add a cot for infant in all double rooms.
